Oh, this is a tough one... because honestly I LOOVEE all the cheese! But if I had to pick a favorite, I’d say a good parmesan wedge paired with a crisp cracker and a drizzle of honey is absolute perfection. & I’d have to say goat cheese just isn’t my go-to, but it definitely has its fans!

I’d have to say my favorite events to cater are the ones that celebrate LOVE! Whether it’s a bridal shower, wedding cocktail hour, or an anniversary. There’s something so special about toasting to love with a beautiful spread of thoughtfully curated bites, whether served in a cup or styled on a board! That said, I also adore birthday celebrations, they’re such fun milestones in someone’s life, and I love being part of the joy and excitement that comes with them.

One thing you’ll always find at my events is a beautiful variety of sweet and savory treats on my cart, always with a little touch of honey! I truly believe honey is the perfect finishing touch, bringing everything together. Whether it’s a slice of cheese, a bit of cured meat, and a cracker, that final drizzle of honey ties it all into one delicious bite!

Almond Roca has been a fun staple in my life since I was a little girl! It’s a beloved family recipe that my cousins, aunts, uncles, & even family friends fight over! My mom would bring it to holiday gatherings, and without fail, a big bag would “go missing” or my Aunt Jenny would try to claim the leftovers before anyone else! Fun fact: My mom would donate jars to our church festival, and they’d sell for hundreds of dollars, it’s just that good. I’m so excited to team up with my mom to share this special sweet at your special event. We can’t wait to spread a little love (and a lot of Roca)!
